چکیده
Abstract This study determined the effects of stocking density and water temperature on rearing parameters survival larval blue bream under controlled conditions. Two experimental variants were conducted. In first experiment, reared at different densities 20, 40, 80, 120 indiv. dm −3 25°C. second larvae in 15, 25, 30°C a 40 individuals per 3 . The achieved highest growth rate lowest tested (20 ; 69.4 mg an average length 26.8 mm) (30°C; 80.1 28.4 mm). final during temperatures ranged from 95.2 to 97.6%, while 91.4 94.6%. rates recorded for 15°C

Morphometric and meristic variations in bream (Abramis brama orientalis, Berg, 1949) during larval development
This study was conducted to examine morphometric and meristic characteristics alongside pigmentation patterns of bream larvae, Abramis brama orientalis, in four stages of larval development. Morphological characters including total length (TL), standard length (SL), notochord length (NL), head length (HL), head depth (HD), eye diameter (ED) and mouth width (MW) were examined from hatching time ...

The effects of osmotic pressure, temperature and stocking density on medusae survival of Craspedacusta sowerbii were examined. The medusae were shown to be sensitive to the variations of osmotic pressure. And the survival time was <90 h at 34 mOsm/L and it declined rapidly with rising osmotic pressure. The peak survival time of >200 h was recorded at 0.2 mOsm/L. Comparing with 27℃ and 32℃ treat...
متن کاملReproduction and larval rearing of amphibians.
Reproduction technologies for amphibians are increasingly used for the in vitro treatment of ovulation, spermiation, oocytes, eggs, sperm, and larvae. Recent advances in these reproduction technologies have been driven by (1) difficulties with achieving reliable reproduction of threatened species in captive breeding programs, (2) the need for the efficient reproduction of laboratory model speci...
